With Health Administration, you’ll develop leadership skills to manage hospitals, clinics and healthcare organizations—ensuring they run efficiently and provide top-quality care.

Laisha Gonzalez Ramos '24

Laisha Gonzalez Ramos learned at a young age that many older adults need healthcare advocates. Now with her bachelor’s degree in health administration and minors in Spanish and business administration, she is well on her way to being an agent for change for this vulnerable population.

Lauren Blank '24

The journey towards a college degree is often filled with unexpected twists and turns. Despite facing what she describes as a challenging beginning, Lauren Blank found her way to USI as a health services major. As she approaches graduation on May 4, she is excited to earn her undergraduate degree, which has deepened her commitment to public health.

Lauren Greiwe '23

Lauren Greiwe, a Health Administration major, is the first student-athlete in USI school history to claim a NCAA Division I conference title. She discovered the "hands-on" side of healthcare wasn't for her after working as a patient care technician at an Evansville hospital, which led her to USI's Health Administration Program.

Macie Martin graduated with a bachelor of science degree in health services and a minor in human resources.

Dharma Collins '20, M'22

Dharma is currently the administrative coordinator at Northwestern Memorial Hospital’s Developmental Therapeutics Institute, phase one oncology clinical research. Dharma plans to continue her education by becoming certified in ASQ’s Six Sigma program.

Rebecca Lucas '17, M'18

When she was younger, Rebecca loved visiting her grandmother in the nursing home. "I would walk the halls as if everyone was a family member, stopping in just about every room before I was ready to leave," she says. "I didn’t know it at the time, but I had already found what I wanted to be when I grew up: a nursing home administrator.”
