What brought you to USI? Proximity to home and the campus is beautiful.
Please tell us how the College of Nursing and Health Professions prepared you for your career.
I came out of college and was a cardiac tele nurse for St. Mary’s at the time. I was lucky enough to become an FCR for Boston Scientific and will be transitioning to a new product called Watchman with structural heart in Boston Scientific. My nursing background has opened many doors for me. I could not have picked a better career and USI prepared me for the NCLEX second to none.

What has been your favorite memory of your time at USI?
The friendships that I made in nursing school. I still see a ton of my classmates in the hospital, and we still all talk just as we always have!
What would you tell someone who is thinking of coming to USI?
Do it. USI was a great experience for me and prepared me for the amazing career that I am in.
