Microsoft OneNote is a program for freeform information gathering and multiuser collaboration. It gathers user notes, drawings, screen clippings and audio commentaries. Notes can be shared with other OneNote users over a network or the Internet.

Participants in this beginning course will learn the following:

How to start OneNote
Creating a notebook
Organizing a notebook with notes, pages and sections
Typing notes into a notebook
Adding pages and formatting notes
How to add links, audio and video content to a notebook
Drawing in a notebook
How to tag, search and print notes
Sharing a notebook with other users in edit or view modes
Attaching files
Export and backup notebooks
