Need assistance with developing and structuring internally-used manuals in your office? Our Instructional Design program will train participants to design outcome-based training. The 24-contact hour workshop focuses on the three key elements of instructional design: learning outcomes; instructional strategies; and assessment and evaluation.
Participants will apply adult learning principles and instructional strategies to create training modules that meet both the needs of both the organization and the leader. Teaching methods used include lecture, discussion, individual/group activities and a case study to apply the knowledge and skills.
The base cost per participant is $425 for the 3-day program. Actual course fees will vary based on number of participants, location rental fees, catering costs, travel costs for professional instructor and additional reference materials if applicable.
Our skilled professionals in Corporate Partnerships and Customized Training with USI Outreach and Engagement will meet with you to discuss your needs and identify the best resources to meet those needs, whether from USI, across the region, or the country. We’ll ask you to specify current skill-gap needs you’d like addressed in a training program, coaching session, or a team retreat. Our professional subject matter experts will work with you to ensure a clear understanding of those needs and recommend how best to sustain the training or coaching once completed.
