Lean Six Sigma combines efficiency with effectiveness, which results in a disciplined method that helps reduce defects in any process - from manufacturing to transactions and from product to service. The less defects you have in your product or service, the happier the customers! Customer loyalty increases when services and products completely satisfy their needs.
Organizations that are geographically dispersed, or are made up of many acquisitions, find greater alignment and comradery when Lean Six Sigma has been institutionalized. Lean Six Sigma becomes a common foundation for discussions and the tools for accomplishing common corporate goals.
Two-Day High-Level Overview:
In the two-day, very high-level overview of Lean Six Sigma, participants will be exposed to:
A Lean Six Sigma project simulation will be included in this high-level overview, so participants will see how to apply the five principles of Lean into an actual project. Participants will each receive a pocket-size paperback version of "The Six Sigma Memory Jogger II" and a binder of information that is presented during the two days.
In Depth 3-4 Days:
We also offer an in-depth Lean Six Sigma program that can be taught over 3 or 4 days and customized to meet the needs of your company or organization. We encourage the organization to have an actual problem/project to work on during this program.
“The USI Lean training was beneficial to me and gave me a better understanding of how our company works. The class and the great group of people made it fun. Everyone was interactive, so it made it fun as well as informative. Our company strives on lean manufacturing, so this helped me understand more in-depth what my company’s goal is, as well as, make me more of a valuable team member.”
