Information for Internship and Career Fair, Prep Workshop events

USI Career Services and Internships has released information to share with students about two upcoming events: the annual Internship and Career Fair, and the Career Prep Workshop.

Spring Internship and Career Fair
2 to 5 p.m.
Wednesday, February 26
Liberty Arena, Home of the Screaming Eagles

The list of registered employers and event details are available on Career Launch. 

With over 120 organizations on campus, students will find spring, summer and fall 2025 internship opportunities. Please encourage students to attend and explore their options!

 Faculty Support

• Excused absences: Consider excusing students who are seeking internships or full-time jobs so they can attend.
• Extra credit: If you’d like to offer extra credit or require attendance, Career Services and Internships can provide proof of participation after the event.

Faculty and Staff Networking

USI faculty and staff are also welcome to attend the fair to network with local and regional employers, as well as students during the event. 

Career Fair Prep Workshop
3 p.m.
Wednesday, February 5
Location: Orr Center 2008

Students who attend this workshop will gain valuable insights into:

• Approaching employers with confidence
• Crafting their elevator pitch
• Identifying organizations that align with their goals

All students are welcome; registration can be completed online to attend.

Faculty can also request to provide a Career Services presentation to help their class prepare for the fair. Submit your request online.
