Dr. Jason Callahan, Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice, and Stacey Clifton, published an article titled Crime stories: Assessing the effects of crime-related media on support for police in the Journal of Criminal Justice Education in February 2025. The current study examines the support for law enforcement among higher education students, focusing on their perceptions of police and their engagement with crime-related media.
