Awards Report

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming 2023 USI Semi-State FIRST LEGO League Challenge, proudly hosted by the University of Southern Indiana's SwISTEM Resource Center. Taking place on December 10th, this event will bring together an impressive assembly of up to 48 student teams from across Southern Indiana.

Event Highlights

Venue: The competition will unfold within the modern confines of the new Screaming Eagles Arena, providing an ideal backdrop for showcasing innovation and teamwork.
Theme - "Masterpiece": Under this year's theme, teams imagine and innovate new ways to create and communicate art across the globe.
Collaboration and Competition:  Students will demonstrate their engineering and coding prowess by designing LEGO Spike Prime Robots solve a real-world problem. 
Nurturing STEAM Passion: The event serves as a catalyst for fostering a passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM), inspiring our emerging leaders to create lasting impact.

Whether you're a student, educator, parent, or a dedicated STEM supporter, this event promises an engaging experience. Join us in celebrating the dedication and talent of these Indiana's young innovators as they work to shape a brighter future.
