Important Announcements

The Bursar's Office is available to assist you at the cashier windows Monday through Friday from 8:15 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm.  For an appointment, please email the Bursar's Office at bursar@usi.edu. Appointments are not required for transactions at the cashier windows.

Summer 2024 Billing and Payment Information

Summer 2024 billing statements will be available on June 5. Enroll in a payment plan through June with 50% down payment and one monthly installment. There is no enrollment fee or interest. Attention New Fall 2024 Students

Fall 2024 billing statements will be available on or after July 31. You can start estimating your cost now with our Pre-Semester Check-In tool. Also, prepare for fall by completing the Student Account Checklist. Log into MyUSI and click on the TouchNet app to create authorized users and sign up for eRefunds. 

Beginning July 1, you may enroll in the GOALS payment plan. The GOALS payment plan offers the lowest down payment and allows you to pay over five months. Enroll throughout July with $200 down. There is no interest or enrollment fee. 

The Student Financial Success Center (SFSC) wants to help you plan your financial success. Financial Care Team

The goal of the Financial Care Team is to assist students who find themselves in unexpected financial distress. If you are unable to pay your balance, please complete a Financial Care Team referral.
