Important Announcements

The Bursar's Office is available to assist you at the cashier windows Monday through Friday from 8:15 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm.  For an appointment, please email the Bursar's Office at bursar@usi.edu. Appointments are not required for transactions at the cashier windows.

Spring 2025 Billing and Payment Information

Spring 2025 tuition due date is January 13, 2025. You must be paid in full, have adequate financial aid, or enrolled in a payment plan by the due date. We offer different payment plans that are interest free and there is no fee to enroll. To enroll, log into MyUSI and click on the TouchNet link. 1098-T Information

The Bursar's Office produces the 1098-T form in compliance with IRS regulations. Students whose payments made towards Qualified Tuition and Fee Expenses (QTFE) for the 2024 tax year and are greater than the student's financial aid paid in the 2024 tax year may be eligible. Forms will be available in TouchNet by January 31, 2025. Please visit our 1098-T form page for more information. 

Financial Care Team

The goal of the Financial Care Team is to assist students who find themselves in unexpected financial distress. If you are unable to pay your balance, please complete a Financial Care Team referral. 

Understanding Your Bill
