Your student made you an authorized user. Now you need to login and set up your profile. To log in, please go to https://secure.touchnet.net/C21706_tsa/web/login.jsp and click on Authorized User. Your username is your email address. You should receive a temporary password from bursar@usi.edu that is valid for 24 hours. Enter the alphanumeric characters within the brackets. Please do not enter the brackets. Once logged in, you will be asked to enter your name and create your password.

If your password has expired, please click on Forgot Password on the TouchNet Authorized User login page. A password reset email will be sent to you immediately. You must use this password reset within 24 hours. Enter the alphanumeric characters in the brackets. Please do not enter the brackets. Still having issues?

TouchNet recommends using Google Chrome or Firefox when accessing the TouchNet Authorized Users login. Since TouchNet authorized user login does not have a logout button, your browser will store your cookies and cache. You may need to clear your browsing history.

How to clear your browsing history

  1. Open Google Chrome. Click on the three vertical dots in the upper righthand corner of your Google Chrome browser.
  2. Select History and history again.

  3. On the lefthand side, select “Clear browsing data.”

  4. You will need to select the Advanced Tab. For Time range, select All time. You must also select Cookies and other site data and cached images and files. Then click Clear data.

  5. Navigate back to the TouchNet Authorized User login at https://secure.touchnet.net/C21706_tsa/web/login.jsp. If you know your password and it is not expired, try entering your password. If not, you may reset your password by clicking on Forgot Password on the TouchNet Authorized User login page. A password reset email will be sent to you immediately. You must use this password reset within 24 hours. Enter the alphanumeric characters in the brackets. Please do not enter the brackets. Once logged in, you will be asked to reset your password.

  1. Open Firefox. Click on the three horizontal lines (hamburger) in the upper righthand corner and click on History.

  2. Click Clear recent history.

  3. You will be presented with options to clear your recent history. Time range to clear should say everything. You must select cookies and cache. Click Clear Now.

  4. Navigate back to the TouchNet Authorized User login at https://secure.touchnet.net/C21706_tsa/web/login.jsp. If you know your password and it is not expired, try entering your password.   2. Scroll down until and tap Safari.

  3. Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
