Evans accepted as Distinguished Fellow of the Nursing Academy for NAP

Dr. Jennifer Evans, Assistant Dean and Chief Nurse Administrator, has been accepted as a Distinguished Fellow of the Nursing Academy for the National Academies of Practice (NAP).
The NAP is a non-profit organization founded in 1981 to advise governmental bodies on healthcare issues. It is the only interprofessional group of healthcare practitioners and scholars dedicated to supporting accessible and coordinated quality healthcare for all.
This prestigious honor, peer-nominated and reviewed by healthcare experts, recognizes Evans' outstanding contributions to interprofessional education, clinical practice, research and leadership in healthcare. The Induction Banquet and Awards Ceremony for the Class of 2025 will take place March 15 at the NAP Annual Meeting and Forum in Washington, D.C. Once inducted, Evans may use the “FNAP” credential to identify herself as a Distinguished Fellow of the NAP.
