Moffett to release new book

Rosalie Moffett, Assistant Professor of English, will release a new book of poetry, Making A Living, in 2024 from publisher Milkweed Editions.
In this book, Moffett's poems consider the nature of hope, what can be revered, motherhood and the limits and possibilities of the human. The collection asks how to think about the future in the context of capitalism, consumerism, Crazy Bob's Cajun Chicken, mass shootings, the tentacular Amazon fulfillment center, Scrooge McDuck and Lucky Charms.
Poems from the collection have recently appeared in recent literary journals as well, including:
