Zehr awarded 4S Infrastructure Prize

Stephen Zehr, Professor Emeritus of Sociology, has been awarded the Society for Social Studies of Science (4S) Infrastructure Prize. This award is given annually to recognize exemplary initiatives to build and maintain infrastructure supporting science and technology studies. Zehr will be awarded at this year's 4S meeting in Cholula, Mexico, in December.
Zehr served on the 4S Council from 2010-2013, chairing several committees including the Publications Committee, Nominations Committee, Handbook Committee and Ludwik Fleck Book Prize Committee. He was appointed Secretary of 4S in 2013 and served in that role until 2021.
