Dearing’s journey of leadership and impact extends further, but the most important, meaningful and fulfilling work he does is be husband to his wife Megan, father to his three sons and friend to whoever will put up with him. He devotes his spare time to prayer, the study of scripture and history, as well as coaching football and wrestling for Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church. The remainder of his time is spent enjoying the company of his family and watching his sons Samuel, Simon and Silas play lacrosse.
