USI art students put work on display in Senior Seminar

The 2017 Senior Seminar Exhibition is on display from Wednesday, November 8 through Sunday, December 10 in the Kenneth P. McCutchan Art Center/Palmina F. and Stephen S. Pace Galleries at the University of Southern Indiana. A free public reception for the student artists will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 12 at the McCutchan Art Center/Pace Galleries. Light refreshments will be served.
The exhibit features art and design work by 44 senior art majors and is the culmination of their artistic achievements at USI. The exhibit is an important aspect of capstone seminar courses required for all USI art majors.
The participating artists are: Peyton Ahrens, Megan Badger, Laicee Blackwell, Angela Bohan, Katie Carlisle, SueCulley, Lonna Dippel, Evelyn Freudenberg, Cally Jo Klausing, Danielle Lents, Katelyn Ryder, Austin Ahrens, Kimberly Amick, Wesley Buehler, Haley Carreon, Theanoe Christos, Samuel Couturiaux, Kristen Huff, Madeline Kramer, Shelby Beavin , Kourtney Caldwell, Jacob Kalb, Keegan Kern, Shelby Moring, Alexander Newton, John Pritchett, Jacob Smith, Kyle Stallings, Bethany Swartzentruber, Emily Wade, Lydia Wheatley, Livia Alexander, Natasha Awbrey, Monique Belmedioni, Justin Cecil, Tylar Dean, Ryan McKain, Steven Miller, Callie Poehlein, Haley Rheinlander, Levi Schulz, Mikala Sisson, Christian Smith and Katy Whitehouse.
The McCutchan Art Center/Pace Galleries, located in the lower level of the Liberal Arts Center on the USI campus, is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday. For more information, call 812-228-5006.
