USI Meal Assistance Program and Additional Food Resources

Swipe Out Hunger is a meal swipe assistance program that partners with colleges on anti-hunger programs. This program is for USI students experiencing food insecurity. Applications are open, if accepted, an initial amount of meals will be determined. This process can take up to two business days to complete. This form is only monitored Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm. 

For your application to be processed for USI's Swipe Out Hunger program, you must respond to all questions and provide details in the narrative answers.
