November 6, 2024: 2025 Homecoming Court Announced
November 14, 2024: Court Expectation Meeting

February 8, 2024: Coronation and Crowning of Majesties

Homecoming Court Eligibility Requirements
- Eligible candidates must be current USI students with 60 or more completed credit hours.
- Eligible candidates must possess a cumulative GPA of at least 2.6.
- Eligible candidates must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student for the Spring 2025 semester.
- Eligible candidates can not have been on Homecoming Court at USI previously.
Characteristics of a Court Nominee
Nominees to USI Homecoming Court should exemplify leadership qualities, USI spirit, integrity and achievement through contributions and involvement on campus and in the community.
Following a students nomination, their eligibility will be verified by the Center for Campus Life prior to being invited to complete the written application.
Nominations for the 2025 Homecoming Court have closed.
Court Selection Process
1. Nomination of students by faculty, staff, or student organizations.
2. Submission of written applications by eligible nominees.
3. Written application review by an anonymous judging panel made up of USI faculty and staff.
4. Based on application scores, 12 students are selected to Homecoming Court.
5. Each of the 12 members of the Court will participate in interviews scored by a panel of judges made up of USI faculty and staff. (Interview scores contribute to 40% of the candidates overall score).
6. During Homecoming Week, each of the 12 members of the Court will have the opportunity to gain participation points by attending or being involved in specific events. (Participation points contribute to 10% of the candidates overall score).
7. Ahead of coronation, voting on each candidate will be open to the student body for one week. (The results of the vote will contribute to 50% of the candidates overall score).
8. The final scores are tallied, and the 2 highest scores will determine the 2 candidates that are crowned Homecoming Majesties.
