The University mileage rate is $0.49 per mile (use Google Maps to help with mileage estimates).
If you choose to drive your personal vehicle, then please be aware of the following:
- Section VIII, Use of a Personal Vehicle on USI Business, of the Vehicle Safety Policy.
- Mileage paid may be limited to the cost of reasonable airfare, if applicable.
- Mileage paid will be limited to the distance from the traveler’s primary place of employment or the traveler’s home, whichever is less.
