Currently serving as the Career Services and Employer Engagement Coordinator, Stephanie Fifer oversees the entire spectrum of career-related activities on campus. She orchestrates a diverse schedule of career events, including career fairs, workshops and networking sessions designed to connect students with prospective employers. Fifer works closely with employers to understand their recruitment needs and coordinates the logistics of on-campus recruiting activities. From facilitating employer information sessions and on-campus interviews to managing job postings and internship opportunities, she ensures students have access to a diverse range of career opportunities tailored to their interests and aspirations. Additionally, Fifer is the database administrator of the campus's online recruiting system. This system provides students with access to thousands of jobs, internships and online career development resources.
Through various collaboration efforts with faculty, staff and employers, Career Services serves as the University's central resource for comprehensive, professional career development.
