About the Expert

Anna Will is the Director of Advising for the Romain College of Business at USI. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Indiana University and an MA in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Connecticut. She is currently working on her EdD in Educational Leadership from USI. She also teaches sections of UNIV 101: First Year Learning Experience for the college and serves as a UNIV 101 Liaison. Wills is a third-generation dairy farmer and is still active in milking cows, raising calves and harvesting crops. She was a 10-year 4-H member and a five-year Junior Leader. She was awarded the National FFA Organization’s American Degree for her Dairy Placement Supervised Agricultural Experience work. Anna continues to show dairy cattle at local, state and national competitions while “agvocating”  (agricultural advocating) for the industry she loves!
