The Associate of Arts of Associate of Science degree program in social sciences is designed for students who anticipate the need for only two years of college education. It reflects the training received in the first two years of a regular four-year program, and a student may, if he or she desires, continue on to a baccalaureate degree.
Degree Requirements
The Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree in social science consists of 35 credit hours of University Core Curriculum courses, 18 credit hours in a primary area, and 12 credit hours of electives.
