July 16, 2018
Bradley Flittner, a junior business management major with a marketing minor from Evansville, has been elected Student Government Association (SGA) president for the 2017-2018 academic year.
"I am gleaming with optimism for the upcoming year as the new student body president," said Flittner. "I have an amazing team surrounding me this year and I truly believe we will be overseeing some phenomenal changes and advancement for the entire campus."
Prior to his election as president, Flittner served in SGA for three years as a student representative for the Romain College of Business and as vice president.
During his term as SGA president, Flittner and his team plan to work on SGA's communication and collaboration with other organizations, work with the Disabilities Resources Center to better accommodate students/guests with disabilities on campus, and implementing American Sign Language classes for credit on campus. Flittner will also continue SGA's efforts for organizations to have graduation stoles and cords.
Flittner graduated from the EVSC New Tech Institute, where he served as his senior class president.
