The USI cross country/track and field program will hold the 36th annual Night Flight Road Run Saturday, July 27, on the USI campus. The Night Flight Road Run will consist of a half-mile run, for kids seven-and-under, as well as a four-mile run, a four-mile walk, and one-mile run.
Registration fees are $20 ($15 for the seven-and-under half-mile) for entries postmarked or received on or before July 20. Entrants participating in both the four-mile run/walk and the one-mile run should add an additional $5 and include a second entry form. Online registration also will be available at www.facebook.com/usinightflight.
Race day registration will be from 6:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. July 27 at the USI University Center (East). The race day registration fee will be $25 for one race and $30 for both races as well as $20 for the seven-and-under half-mile run.
The race times are 7:45 p.m. for the seven-and-under half-mile race; 8 p.m. for the one-mile run; and 8:30 p.m. for the four-mile run/walk. The awards presentation will follow the four-mile run at the USI University Center (East).
Proceeds from the Night Flight Road Run help fund the USI cross country/track and field programs.
