Omicron Psi Chapter, Sigma
The Nursing Honor Society at the University of Southern Indiana provides leadership and research development for eligible nursing students and professionals. Its purposes are to:
- Recognize superior achievement
- Recognize the development of leadership qualities
- Foster high professional standards
- Encourage creative work
- Strengthen commitment to the ideals and purposes of the profession
Students in the master's program are required to achieve a 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent, and to have completed one-fourth of the graduate program of study to be considered for membership.
