The Organizational and Systems Leadership Graduate is an individual who is prepared at the advanced level to assume advanced leadership positions in a variety of healthcare institutions. The student will complete coursework in finance, human resources, strategic planning, project management, and other relevant areas to organizational and systems leadership.

The graduate of this program is prepared to:

1. Provide expert leadership in a variety of healthcare settings using the expanded knowledge of the DNP prepared nurse.
2. Lead and manage healthcare services across a continuum of care.
3. Develop and lead significant leadership projects that have organizational and system wide impact.
4. Advocate for staff and patients using the best available evidence.
5. Form networks through professional organizations to foster ongoing professional development.
