5. How do I find the number of yearly awards given for a particular college/department?

The Program Completions dashboard represents the completions by award type and program of USI alumni.  Program completions are somewhat different from degrees awarded. Program completion refers to the successful fulfillment of the requirements for a major course of study that is culminated with an awarded credential (e.g. certificate, degree). Primary completion refers to the first major listed on a credential. Filtering to this option will produce unduplicated counts for the total credentials awarded.

  • Use the top filters to identify your cohort. Note that the filters default to the College of Liberal Arts and Primary Completion Only.

  • If you wish to view the information as a data table instead of a line chart, select Data Table in the Select a View filter.

6. What if I don't want to see the data visualizations and just want the numbers?
