Time Management (Condensed Version)

Often we can feel so busy with no time to spare. But when we step back and assess our progress at the end of the week, we realize we haven’t moved forward on the things that really matter. If you find yourself week after week feeling busy but not moving forward on the things that are most important to you, then this brief workshop should be helpful!  Participants will have a chance to dust off their written goals before they dive into the time management system featured in “Eat That Frog” by Brian Tracy. The system helps identify the tasks and activities that are key to achieving one’s most important goals.  Participants will leave with practical tips and strategies for concentrating on the 20 percent of their activities and tasks that deliver 80 percent of the value of their time.
