This course teaches individuals who may not have the authority to direct, but need to learn how to influence others in an organization. Developing influence with others requires building trusting relationships, establishing credibility, and leading with integrity with others to influence them to do what you need them to.
This course addresses the following soft skills: communication, leadership, problem solving, confidence, being a team player, ability to influence others and accepting feedback.
