Laughter Yoga and Meditation

Find out what’s so funny in this 6-week experiential course! Learn how to apply yogic breathwork, play, and mindfulness to your daily life to increase your capacity for unconditional Joy and improve your health/wellbeing. This class shall include weekly lessons/discussions on the primary concepts of Laughter Yoga and meditation, followed by an interactive laughter yoga class and guided meditation.

Students will need a yoga mat, pillow/blanket (optional), water, and preferably the ability to get up and down off the floor and a chair. This is an active class. Please dress appropriately.
