The ScholarCorps Member is here to help 21st Century Scholars keep and maintain their scholarship requirements as they vary from year to year. He/She will assist students in: Academic Performance and Persistence, Student Engagement and Enrichment, Career Exploration and Preparation, and Financial Literacy and Debt Management through programming and outreach.

95.7 The Spin is a student-run radio station that plays Alternative music, does news and sportscasts each weekday morning and does live PBP of USI sports. Center for International Programs
USI offers study abroad programs in over 60 countries worldwide. All approved programs award USI credit; most types of financial aid are applicable towards program fees, and additional study abroad scholarships are available. Students interested in an international experience should begin planning during the fall semester of their freshman year.
The Counseling Center offers individual therapy, group therapy, and substance use assessments to currently enrolled students. Students receive positive support and objective advice from professional counselors in a private and confidential environment. Services are supported by tuition and student fees.

USI Disability Resources (DR) coordinates services and academic accommodations for USI students with disabilities to ensure equal access to facilities, programs, services and resources of the university. We review documentation for eligibility, collaborate with students to determine appropriate accommodations, assist with the implementation of the accommodations, offer support and guidance, and advocate for access as needed.
Membership in a fraternity or sorority is more than just wearing Greek letters, attending meetings and participating in Greek Week. Your brothers and sisters are there to provide support, respect your individuality and foster common goals and values.
Graduate Studies partners with academic programs and colleges, the University and the community to recruit, enroll, retain and graduate the highest caliber of graduate students. We foster the attainment of knowledge and experiential learning opportunities through graduate assistantships, grants, scholarships and funding for research and travel for graduate students and faculty. Graduate Studies provides the bridge to graduate education for aspiring, seasoned and diverse learners. Graduate Studies offers 15 graduate degrees with over 30 concentrated areas of study.
We will be promoting the Honors Program and encouraging eligible students to join the program. We will be handing out Honors Program brochures and color-changing cups.

Living Learning Communities
At the University of Southern Indiana, freshmen with similar interests, goals, and academic programs can be placed on designated floors within the residence halls. These living learning communities (LLCs) help students create a strong link between their lives in the residence hall and learning experiences in the classroom.
The Multicultural Center helps to champion diversity effort at USI. The Center also helps build a foundation of knowledge for life through building a bridge between college life and future multicultural experiences. Cultural organizations, mentoring programs and a Gospel Choir fall under the umbrella of the Multicultural Center.
As parents and family members, you are a vital part of the USI community. USI views its relationship with students, parents and families as a partnership. The mission of the USI Parents & Families Association is to enhance the college experience and to strengthen relationships with parents and families.

Recreation, Fitness, and Wellness
The Recreation, Fitness, and Wellness Department is the combination of the intramural sports, fitness, outdoor adventure, and student wellness programs. TRIO Student Support Services
The TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) program serves students who are first-generation OR meet a limited income criterion OR have a documented disability. The program provides free services through peer mentoring, academic advising, scholarships, student leadership opportunities, graduate school preparation, personal and financial aid counseling, and cultural experiences.
University Division/Academic Skills
University Division (Education Center Level One) is here to support student success! Academic Skills offers academic support services through tutoring, peer academic coaching, supplemental instruction, classes, and free workshops. Advisors work with students who have not declared their academic majors. Career counseling services are also available to all USI students!
University Health Center
The University Health Center serves the USI students, faculty and staff. Located on the lower level of the Health Professional Building, medical professionals provide a variety of care including but not limited to acute and minor care, contraceptive counseling, physicals, prescriptions, immunizations and a range of testing including pregnancy, STD and laboratory. All State required immunization records must be turned into the University Health Center.

USI Music has a rich tradition of representing USI in performances of eclectic repertory to diverse audiences around the world. We have three ensembles: USI Chamber Choir, USI Women's Choir and USI Jazz Ensemble. The USI Chamber Choir was the 2016 Grand Prize Winner of the Mayo International Choral Festival in Castlebar, Ireland. They have travelled overseas 12 times in the last 28 years.
Stop by our booth during the Orientation Fair and sign up for an audition for choir. Those interested in USI Jazz Ensemble will audition at the beginning of the school year.
Veteran, Military, and Family Resource Center
The Veteran, Military & Family Resource Center recognizes military members and dependents have special needs and concerns. Our office seeks to ease the transition from military to civilian life, and will guide you as you embark on or continue your college experience with us.
World Languages and Cultures
The World Languages and Cultures Department prepares students for professional and academic careers in the 21st century. We offer seven languages, language and teaching majors in French, German and Spanish, anthropology, professional certificates in TESOL and Cultural Awareness Training (CAT), and a Master's degree in Second Language Acquisition, Policy and Culture (MASPC).
