ScreaglePride Shout-out: Terri Alvey

February 21, 2018

This shout-out comes from Tammy Jewell

Terri is always willing to help and wears a smile everywhere she goes. She shows off her ScreaglePride on a daily basis. On and off campus, Terri exudes USI spirit. She often wears her USI apparel, and spreads her knowledge and help to everyone she knows.  She heads up the Homecoming office decorations, is active with student involvement in the library and helps gather donations for Archie's Closet. She has given 15 years of service to USI and has been a member of Staff Council for two terms. She also keeps her co-workers stocked with fresh veggies from her garden.

Terri volunteers her time and energy regularly. She's not always in the forefront of attention. The effort she gives often goes unknown and I would like to see her receive the recognition she deserves.

Terri is the web/computer support technician in the Rice Library.
