Business Travel Policies
Domestic travel dates that begin on or before June 30, 2021
All non-essential University domestic travel that begins on or before June 30, 2021, will remain suspended. Exceptions to this rule should be directed to the President’s Office or Dean of Students Office.
Domestic travel dates that begin on or after July 1, 2021
All University domestic travel that begins on or after July 1, 2021, may be allowed and will no longer require senior management approval because of travel restrictions. Travel approval will be subject to budget availability.
International travel will be approved on a case by case basis. In some instances, travel might be approved and other trips might not be approved due to the country’s travel warnings and restrictions.
Golf Carts and Fleet Vehicles
University golf carts and fleet vehicles should be cleaned and disinfected between use. Number of riders should be limited, and face covering should be used while operating with more than one rider.

International Travel Protocols during COVID-19
Students and Employees should complete an International Travel report form before leaving or entry to the United States. While abroad, students and employees are expected to follow the health guidance and requirements of that country and locality. In accordance with the CDC and Indiana Department of Health, all students and employees arriving to campus after international travel should adhere the CDC’s "Recommendations for Fully Vaccinated/Unvaccinated People".
Students and employees must provide release to return to school/work documentation to acknowledge a safe return to campus. Employee fully-vaccinated documentations may be faxed to 812-228-5068 or emailed at firstname.lastname@example.org with (SECURE) in the subject line to maintain confidentiality.
Employees should anticipate a follow-up call from Human Resources.
