The USI Career Services and Internships office provides job referrals as a means of assisting students in earning additional money or gaining career-related experience. Career Services accepts job vacancy information as the employers communicate it. Therefore, it is the student's responsibility to use reasonable caution in accepting employment with any of these employers.
Students interested in finding a babysitting or tutoring position through the part-time job referral program will need to sign up in the Career Services and Internships Office.
Due to confidentiality of the families and students, the contact information for the positions is not posted on the web site. Students may visit the office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. to sign the necessary paperwork. You may download the release form before visiting the office. You will then receive an email with parent contact information anytime someone is looking for a babysitter. This could be as often as a couple of times a week to as little as once or twice a semester.
