CareerLINK is the largest Internship and Job Fair we host at USI and is held in both September and February. Students from all majors except education are invited to this fair.
Registration includes one 6 foot table, 2 chairs, and refreshments for up to 2 registered recruiters. Additional recruiters may be registered in advance for $10 per person and should be noted during the registration process. *Event maps are printed approximately two weeks prior to the fair. While tables may be available after that time, you are not guaranteed to be included on the event map, so plan to register early. SCHEDULE for the day of CareerLINK Internship and Job Fair
University of Southern Indiana CareerLINK is held in the SCREAMING EAGLES ARENA (Learn more about this impressive new facility.)
11:30 -12:30 p.m. - Employer check-in / set up
When you arrive on campus, take the second turn out of the roundabout to continue down University Boulevard. Screaming Eagles Arena will be on your left. We have limited reserved parking available. Each employer can park one vehicle in the reserved lot until it is full. When that space is taken you will need to park in the other nearby lots, so plan to carpool or arrive early. You will be able to pull up and unload your vehicle. Signs and volunteers will direct you to the correct entrance.
1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - CareerLINK Internship and Job Fair
Students will come to the fair throughout the day between classes. We recommend that upperclassmen be professionally dressed, have resumes and be ready to meet with you. Underclassmen may come to visit the fair in their casual clothes to gather information about companies they may be interested in when they finish their education.
4:15 - 4:45 p.m. - Employers remove displays.
Employers may wish to talk more closely or interview specific students at the fair. If you wish to do so, you may request one of the private interview rooms we have available. There is no additional charge for this, however, please let us know in advance to ensure availability.
We have a very limited number of tables available with access to electricity. If your booth requires access, please make a note during the registration process. These tables will be assigned on a first come first serve basis after registration and payment.
