University Account

The University of Southern Indiana knows the cost of college is utmost in the minds of parents and students, which is why USI’s Campus Store has created a unique and efficient way to make paying for college easier.

One of the many services of the USI Campus Store is accommodating our students by applying their purchases to their University account.

Currently enrolled students who have an Eagle Access ID Card and are in good standing with the Bursar’s office are eligible. Students are NOT obligated to utilize this account. These funds will be available three weeks prior to the first day of fall/spring classes.

The account must be paid in accordance with Bursars Office terms. Financial aid disbursements will be applied automatically toward Campus Store charges.

Students will need to present their Eagle Access ID Card at the Campus Store cash register. Your Eagle Access Card will be swiped to verify your eligibility. You will then sign a charge receipt for the total amount of your purchase of textbooks and classroom supplies up to $1,200.00 per fall/spring semester. This account does allow for purchases of logo/apparel up to $200.00. Eligible students will also be able to make a one-time purchase of an approved computer or tablet.

Students will be allowed to charge textbooks and supplies to their university account. Amounts of less than $5.00 may not be charged. Be responsible about your purchases. Remember, your charges will be reflected on your student account and will be billed to you.  This amount will be added to your tuition bill that can be paid one of three ways:

  1. Lump sum
  2. Installments
  3. Financial assistance (if applicable)

Returns will be handled according to current Campus Store policy and if approved will show as a credit on your student account.

Your Eagle Access ID Card must be presented to be eligible to participate in this program. Only the person whose name and picture appears on the card is authorized to use the card and is responsible for all charges made until written notice is received by the Campus Store of its loss or theft.

Save your receipts for detailed line item purchase information.

*Summer 1 - May 1-30
