9/6 – De-Stress Fest - 3-4 p.m. in Student Life Lounge

Make your own galaxy jars, coloring, and more! Come relax with crafts and info about stress management.

9/13 – Unity Project (with Albion Fellows Bacon Center) - 4-5:30 p.m. in Carter Hall

Join Albion Fellows Bacon Center for a panel discussion and art project designed to raise awareness about labels, and how they support and limit our interactions with each other. Learn more about the Unity Project at unityproject.net.

9/18 – HIV Testing - 11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. in UC 2217

Free and confidential HIV testing offered in partnership with AIDS Resource Group Evansville. Testing requires a quick cheek swab and results will be ready in 20 minutes. No appointments necessary – just drop by!

9/26 – Be Connected Resource Table - 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. in UC West

Stop by the Be Well to Do Well table and learn about the importance of social wellness.

9/27 – Wellness Fair - 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. in Carter Hall

The annual Wellness Fair for students and employees offers an opportunity to learn about different resources available at USI and in the community to support your overall health and wellness. FREE giveaways, screenings, food, and more!

October:

10/3 – Be Safe Resource Table - 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. in UC West

October is domestic violence awareness month. Stop by to learn about healthy relationships.

10/5 - Self Defense Class - 5-7 p.m. in RFW 115 (Space is limited - SIGN UP REQUIRED!)

Learn basic self-defense techniques to enhance personal safety. This class is taught by the Princeton Police Department. To sign up, e-mail cchampagne@usi.edu. 

10/12 – Flowers on the Lake (with Albion Fellows Bacon Center) - 4-5 p.m., meet in front of the Liberal Arts Building. 

Honor those who have lost their lives or been affected by domestic violence.
