The Dimensions of Wellness

Wellness is a multi-dimensional state of being. It focuses on positive health in an individual, which includes developing a high quality of life and a strong sense of well-being, and balancing the many aspects or dimensions of a person's life.

Wellness is an active, continuous process of self-enhancement. Every day you make choices that influence your own well-being.
