"Taking the Professional Business Skills course was an amazing experience. I have worked in an office setting for years, but I was able to learn and apply these new soft skills in my current office environment. My employers were grateful for the skills and suggestions I was able to bring back and share with my co-workers. Delana made the class fun and interactive, too."
“I am very grateful that I took full advantage of the opportunity to take this course as the lessons and concepts discussed throughout the eight weeks were certainly applicable to me not only in my professional life, but also my personal life. I do feel that by taking this class it has helped me put into perspective the expectations that employers look for in their employees. The understanding of such standards and how to meet those standards is a useful tool for those in the workforce. I hope to take advantage of similar courses in the future.”
