Professional Business Skills Certificate

Do you work well on a team, make good decisions and solve problems? Those are some of the skills employers want most and what you will develop in the Certificate in Professional Business Skills. Through exercises, self assessments and quizzes, you will learn how to communicate verbally with people inside and outside of your organization, as well as, plan, organize and prioritize work. During the eight sessions, you will develop specific skills in: 

  • Communication
  • Customer service
  • Professional image
  • Conflict resolution
  • Dealing with difficult situations
  • Problem solving
  • Teamwork
  • Leadership

*This course addresses the following soft skills: communication, being a team player, confidence, resolving conflict, interpersonal relationship skills and leadership.
