Join Regina Maier as she teaches massage techniques you can use at home to promote relaxation, ease muscle aches, relieves headaches and more. You will begin by learning body mechanics and basic physiology. Throughout the sessions you will learn how to adjust massage applications from the massage table to the bed, the chair and on the floor. The class will work in rotating pairs; however, it is unnecessary to register with a partner. Some applications will be done fully clothed, while others require removal of some clothing with appropriate draping to assure modesty. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow and two sheets. A signed waiver of liability will be required to attend and will be available at the first class.
