Sloba is a slow-paced, toning exercise class with emphasis on body posture, balance and flexibility, breathing, body-mind-coordination and movement awareness. Exercises taken from different disciplines like yoga, Feldenkrais, aerobics and middle Eastern dance, reinforced by a variety of music styles, form this unique exercise program. Easy moves and step formations are fused with stretching, breathing and joint mobilization exercises to strengthen the core, improve posture and balance and increase body awareness.
