Leadership Skills for Women in the Workplace

In this four-hour program, participants will explore methods for women to be effective communicators in order to get better results.

Part One will address why women traditionally lack power as leaders

  • Women working in a man's world
  • Men and women are wired differently
  • Leadership is not about popularity

Part Two teaches the following skills:

  • Business acumen
  • Time management
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Ability to delegate
  • goal setting and self discipline

Upon completion, participants will be able to establish themselves as a company leader in today's workforce.
