Customer Service - Effective Communication Skills

Course Goal is to learn and apply tools and techniques for communicating more effectively with internal and external customers. 
Learning objectives: Use proven techniques to improve the effectiveness of your written communication, employ listening skills to better understand customers' perspectives and needs and apply questioning skills to obtain information needed to better serve customers and help solve problems.
