Customer Service - Effective Communication Skills

This course is designed for anyone who provides customer service. Participants will learn and apply tools and techniques for communicating more effectively with internal and external customers.

This program covers the following objectives:

  • Use proven techniques to improve the effectiveness of your written communication
  • Employ listening skills to better understand customers' perspectives and needs
  • Apply questioning skills to obtain information needed to better serve customers and help solve problems
