All colleges require tickets for 2017 Spring Commencement

The anticipation is building as our mass of undergraduates officially become our newest alumni. In order to accommodate an increasing number of undergraduates participating in the Commencement Ceremonies, tickets will be required for the Graduate Ceremony on Friday evening, as well as all four college ceremonies on Saturday. Family and friends, as well as USI staff and faculty who are not working or walking during Commencement, must have a guest ticket.
The maximum number of tickets per graduate will be as follows:
- Graduate Ceremony: 8 tickets
- Pott College of Science, Engineering, and Education: 10 tickets
- College of Nursing and Health Professions: 7 tickets
- Romain College of Business; Outreach and Engagement: 10 tickets
- College of Liberal Arts: 7 tickets
(Number of tickets is based on size on graduating class.)
Students can order tickets online through the Commencement website beginning at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 7 through noon Friday, April 7.
2017 Spring Commencement exercises for master and doctoral degree candidates from all colleges will be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday, April 28, at the Physical Activities Center.
2017 Spring Commencement exercises for undergraduate students will take place during four ceremonies on Saturday, April 29 in the Physical Activities Center.
This semester's undergraduate ceremony times are as follows:
- 9 a.m. - Pott College of Science, Engineering, and Education
- Noon - College of Nursing and Health Professions
- 3 p.m. - Romain College of Business; Outreach and Engagement
- 6 p.m. - College of Liberal Arts
