USI professor and alumni recognized as emerging leaders

September 19, 2016

Five graduates and current faculty member Amie McKibban, associate professor of psychology, from the University of Southern Indiana were recognized as some of the best and brightest of Evansville's young business leaders in Evansville Business Journal's 2016 "20 Under 40," an annual list of up-and-coming leaders.

Each year, 20 young professional under 40 years of age are chosen to be featured on the cover of EBJ and in an advertisement in its parent publication, the Evansville Courier & Press. However, due to difficulty of narrowing down the final list this year's class featured 22 instead of the usual 20. "20 Under 40" recognizes emerging leaders in a variety of fields: business, education, philanthropic, finance, civic, medical, law and more. The individuals recognized as emerging leaders demonstrate the region's promising future.
