USI co-hosting NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Elite 8
Free tickets available for Saturday's game

The NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Elite 8 Championship is being co-hosted by the University of Southern Indiana and the Evansville Sports Corp. March 26-29, 2014, at the Ford Center in downtown Evansville.
Events are scheduled throughout the week:

Thursday, March 27 at 5 p.m.: USI Alumni Association Eagle Hour at Turoni's Pizzery on North Main Street prior to the game. Click here for more information and to register.
Friday, March 28 at 6 p.m.: NCAA Division II Men's All-Star game featuring USI Men's Basketball players Aaron Nelson and Lawrence Thomas. Teams will be coached by former USI athletic director, Steve Newton, and former USI Men's Basketball Coach, Wayne Boultinghouse.
Saturday, March 29:
- March Mania and Family Fun Fest on Main Street beginning at 11 a.m. Street festivities are free to the public and will include bounce inflatables for kids. Special discounts will be offered at select restaurants on Main Street.
- The NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Championship game will be televised live at 2 p.m. from the Ford Center. Beginning Wednesday, March 26, a limited number of free tickets for the game are available from the USI Athletic Office for USI students, faculty, staff and alumni. Regular tickets are available through Ticketmaster or at the Ford Center box office. Single game tickets are $15; Single game tickets for students are $8; Passes to attend all games are $36.
