USI Career Services and Placement

English StudentUSI Career Services and Placement offers numerous internship opportunities for English majors. Internships that call for writing and communication skills or an interest in law are particularly suited to English majors.

The English program offers ENG498: Internship in English for majors to receive credit for internship experiences.

Civitas International Professional Internship Programs in Warsaw, Poland (in English)

Interested students can apply for professional internships in Warsaw, Poland (IN ENGLISH) that are offered year-round. The Civitas programs include 25-35 hours of internship per week and if requested, students can also registered for credited seminars and Polish language courses offered at Collegium Civitas.

Civitas offers a unique opportunity for interested students to undertake full-time professional internships in various profit, public and non-profit organizations in Warsaw, Poland that focus, among others, on:

Internship Length and Schedule
Students can apply for minimum 4-week and up to semester-long internships during one of the semesters:

Academic Courses & Credits
While undertaking internships the students can also register for specialized undergraduate or graduate seminars (taught in ENGLISH) at Collegium Civitas and earn the equivalent of up to 16 American credits per semester. Application
Graduate and Undergraduate students can apply. Civitas internship programs have a rolling admission and interested applicants are invited to submit their applications to the program anytime until specified deadlines.
